On Thursday we will analyze the Supreme Court cases of –
Marbury v. Madison (1803)
Brown v. Board of Education (1954)
Hustler Magazine v. Falwell (1987)
Please use the guidelines I gave you to understand this case’s parts, constitutional question, findings, and reasonings (see the last slide, below). Don’t forget to read the dissents and other opinions, if any. You don’t need to print the entire case, but take good notes or bring your laptops so we can discuss from the case’s actual text.
