Why did he give it <a href=\"http:\/\/kansas.watchdog.org\/8084\/history-shines-light-on-obama%E2%80%99s-choice-to-speak-in-osawatomie\/\">there<\/a>? What parts of US history was he deliberately invoking, and why?
